The history of Podere Porziola<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I inherited from my parents a small farm in Sasso Marconi, called “Porziola”<\/strong>, which is about seven hectares in size and cultivated for five\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Porziola Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/strong> is produced exclusively from olives grown on our farm<\/strong>, from olive trees cultivated on land without the use of any pesticides of chemical derivation and refers to methods of cultivation and production that use only natural substances<\/strong>: any substance of chemical synthesis, such as fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides are avoided as they cause serious alterations to the natural habitat that would severely affect the wholesomeness and authenticity of the food.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

We have selected the best cultivars in our area<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

ARPO advised us to plant cold-resistant varieties of olive trees, such as the Nostrana di Brisighella<\/strong>, which produces one of the region’s finest oils<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
